I go to Fresh Market in Miami Beach specifically for the quality of their fish, meat, and chicken. In my opinion, it’s better than TJ, PX, and WF. The vegetables section is also excellent — always fresh and well stocked. The problem is the service at the fish and meat counter. Every time I need to order something, it’s a frustrating experience. It’s not just about being understaffed (there’s usually only one person working, either a man or a woman in their 50s). It’s the attitude — especially the woman’s. She often seems annoyed by customers. Sometimes she makes you wait even when no one else is in line. And if you ask for a little more meat than what she initially selects, it clearly becomes an issue. My wife and I literally flip a coin to decide who has to go to the counter. Since we eat fresh and shop here 4–5 times a week, this is not a small detail. Great quality products. Very poor service at the fish and meat counter. Cashiers, on the other hand, are always kind and professional.

Fresh Market is a lovely grocery store that carries delicious products, but the staff must have no training on the daily specials or what’s on sale. I’m subscribed to the daily deals email and without fail the staff never know what I’m talking about or the store is sold out of what’s being advertised. I feels like a bait and switch situation. Also, 9 times out of 10 things scan incorrectly and they overcharge for things. It’s just not worth the hassle anymore.

Beautiful grocery store located in the heart of Sunset Harbour in Miami Beach. Great selection of fresh produce, wines, flowers and a large salad bar with warm food options. Friendly service. Pricey lean on the higher side compared to other grocery stores in the area. They offer complimentary parking and an outdoor seating area.

I couldn’t get help in fruit area. The woman in the prepared food area instead of one half pound, I received almost a pound, the bbq sauce is bland. It’s a maze here but f you are disabled, it could be hard to shop here. One young man in water area with glasses was very nice and helpful. The young man at checkout was nice and cared. He was then helped by a girl who was absolutely clueless and not helpful. It’s obvious employees here are not taught problem solving. As a senior with two full carts and $250 worth of purchases, could not get assistance. It was obvious I was having trouble with the carts. Sad. Why didn’t I go to Publix? Things are shelved helter skelter

I just visited this store for the first time and i think it is a very nice store, however, i think the store layout does not offer an easy shopping experience, i find the layout kind of disorganized, except for the liquors section. All the processed and packaged products (not actual food) can be distributed more conveniently so customers finds those products easily. I'm sure a professional on this field can make a great work for the store, it will help them tremendously considering the type of products, prices and customers visiting the store. I love The Fresh Market stores because you can definitely find great products, high quality, and a variety of products at still good prices, and this location is not the exception. Parking is a big plus for this location, as we all know the parking situation anywhere within the beach area is insane, so the easy and convenient free parking offered to customers is the best they can offer! 💟💯✅
